Nabra Terms of Sale and Refunds
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Nabra is sold by Don's Lab, Kuwait (support@trynabra.com).
Buying Nabra
- Nabra is a one-time purchase of $14.99 for early supporters (for the first 100 buyers; $29.99 after that), sold through Payhip, which handles payment and tax. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; tax such as VAT is worked out and added by the store where the law requires it, based on where you are. You can pay with the methods the store offers at checkout (for example PayPal or card).
- After paying you receive a licence key by email. It activates Nabra on one of your Windows computers at a time. When you change PC, you can move it yourself in Nabra (twice in any 90 days, with the email you bought with); after that, email us.
- Nabra runs on Windows 10 and 11. Please try the live demo on trynabra.com before buying.
Refunds
- You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason, with no questions asked. Email
support@trynabra.com with your order number.
- We approve a refund request within 3 business days. The money goes back to the payment method you used; your bank or card company can take up to about 10 business days to show it.
- After a refund, your licence key is deactivated: it stops working at Nabra's next licence check, within about a day of being online.
- If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with a right to cancel online purchases: that right is normally 14 days, and the refund above is at least as generous, so you don't need to do anything special: just ask within 14 days. Nothing here limits any right you have by law.
Records
We keep purchase records (order number, email, amount, date) for as long as the law requires sales records to be kept, and no longer. See the Privacy Policy.
Support
Email support@trynabra.com. Please include your nabra.log (press Win + R, type %APPDATA%\Nabra) if something isn't working.
Nabra End User Licence Agreement
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This agreement is between you and Don's Lab ("we", "us") and covers the Nabra software, its updates and its documentation ("Nabra"). By installing or using Nabra you agree to it. If you don't agree, don't install or use Nabra.
1. Licence
When you buy Nabra and receive a licence key, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Nabra on one Windows computer that you own or control, for your own use. When you change computer you may move your licence to the new one (in Nabra, or by emailing us); it then stops working on the old one.
Beta or preview versions are licensed for testing only and stop working on the date stated when you receive them.
2. What you may not do
You may not, and may not let anyone else:
- copy, share, sell, rent or lend Nabra or your licence key, or put Nabra where others can download it;
- remove or get around the licence check, an expiry date or any other protection;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer Nabra, except where the law expressly allows it despite this term
(and see section 6 about open-source components);
- use Nabra to break any law or anyone else's rights, or in a way that breaks the terms of the AI or other
services it connects to.
3. Ownership
Nabra is licensed, not sold. We (and our licensors) keep all rights in Nabra that aren't expressly given to you. "Nabra", its logo and its look are ours.
4. Third-party services
Some features use services run by others, such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Open-Meteo, search providers and GitHub. Using them means you also accept their terms. They may change, limit or stop at any time, and we're not responsible for them. If you use your own API key, you are responsible for your account with that provider and anything it charges you.
5. AI output and actions
Nabra's AI can make mistakes. Check important answers. Its answers are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Nabra can act on your PC when you ask it to (for example moving files, closing apps or shutting down); by default it asks before risky actions, and you're responsible for what you approve. Keep backups of anything important.
6. Open-source components
Nabra includes open-source software, listed with its licences in Open-source notices (THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES). Those components are covered by their own licences, which take priority over this agreement for those components. Where a licence (such as the LGPL) gives you the right to replace or modify a component, nothing here limits that right.
7. Updates
We may provide updates. Some updates may be needed to keep Nabra working. A one-time purchase includes all updates for the life of the product, free.
8. No warranty
Nabra is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including that Nabra will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Your statutory rights as a consumer aren't affected where they can't be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from Nabra. Our total liability for anything related to Nabra is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Ending this licence
This licence lasts until it ends. It ends automatically if you break this agreement. You can stop using Nabra at any time. Uninstalling Nabra does not end the licence: you can reinstall it and enter the same code. When the licence ends, you must stop using Nabra and delete it. A licence key that has been refunded or charged back is switched off.
11. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Kuwait, and disputes go to the courts of Kuwait, unless the law of the country you live in says otherwise.
